Conceptual design

A concept design is the completed result of analyzing all of the Client’s requirements and preferences. It is presented as a set of drawings that takes into account the specific site, the proposed building’s placement, and the location of existing utilities and engineering infrastructure.

At the concept design stage, you will gain a clear understanding of your future home: its overall dimensions, architectural appearance, layout, and the area of each room.

Using modern design and visualization methods, you can take a virtual walk through your future home using a smartphone or computer. This allows you to experience the space before construction begins, confirm that the design decisions work for you, and make any necessary adjustments at an early stage.

The standard Concept Design package includes:

  • Site plan showing the proposed location of the house within the permitted building envelope and applicable site boundaries
  • Floor plans and room schedules developed based on the Client’s Design Brief
  • Building section showing the main dimensional and geometric parameters
  • Architectural design and elevations of all four sides of the building
  • 3D model of the proposed building, with the model file provided to the Client for exploring and familiarizing themselves with their future home
