Hello! We’re Alex and Tony, the people behind this website.
Designing spaces and creating comfortable environments for people to live in is our work, our hobby, and our passion. In 2007, we graduated with degrees in Civil and Industrial Engineering, and since then, our lives have been closely connected with construction and design.
More recently, we decided to create a small family-run design studio. Through our work, we strive to improve the quality of residential development and to show our clients that a home can be practical, contemporary, and beautiful.
When developing a layout, we always put the future homeowner’s individual needs and the functionality of the space at the heart of the design. Our main goal is to imagine ourselves living in every project, exploring different everyday scenarios within the given constraints.
We never rely on templates or standard solutions. With every project, we look for ways to give the house its own character — to emphasize its individuality and create a meaningful connection between the home and its owners.
We are particularly inspired by the Scandinavian approach to creating living spaces. We appreciate its simplicity, warmth, and thoughtful attention to detail — especially the way Scandinavian design avoids unnecessary corridors, impractical rooms, and wasted corners.
Ultimately, all those unused square metres increase construction costs and place an unnecessary financial burden on the homeowner.
We have adopted this approach in our own work, aiming to minimize unnecessary expenses while making the most of every square metre and turning it into a comfortable, functional living space.
We also believe in an open and transparent design process. This means that even at the concept stage, you can take a virtual walk through your future home. Being able to experience the space before construction allows us to make changes and incorporate your wishes at the right time — helping to avoid disappointment once construction is complete.
For us, the most important thing about a home is that it makes you want to spend as much time there as possible — together with your family and loved ones, feeling comfortable, inspired, and ready for new experiences and achievements.
