This project may not boast huge floor areas, but it has everything needed for comfortable country living — and even more. Judge for yourself: within 71.5 m² there are:

2 small bedrooms (yes, I believe designing 20 m² bedrooms is debatable, since these rooms are intended mainly for sleeping)

a large kitchen–living room by this house’s standards — 42.6 m², with a fireplace

a bathroom

a sauna
-
and… a separate laundry room
And that’s only the first floor 🙂
On the attic floor there are:

a recreation area with space for reading and a billiards area — 31.7 m²

a guest bedroom — 11 m²
The “cherry on top” of this project is the double-height ceiling (“second light”), which clearly enhances the sense of space throughout the home, creating a perfect atmosphere for warm family gatherings and heartfelt conversations on gloomy days while listening to the quiet crackling of firewood in the fireplace.
And for bright sunny days, there is an open deck of 30.6 m² and two porches at the back of the house.
I’m sure this project will appeal to fans of Scandinavian architecture and anyone who is tired of typical low-rise developments.
