MARKHAM 150

The Markham 150 project is the choice of a young and active homeowner. Clean lines and precise geometric shapes emphasize the owner’s determination and charisma, clearly hinting to others that a bright and strong personality lives here.

Different wall and roof levels, floating cantilevers, covered and open terraces, and lots of glass — truly a lot of glass and light.

Imagine how wonderful it would be to wake up in the morning and let the first rays of the sunrise into your den — literally filling the entire space with light, since most of the wall in each of the three bedrooms is made up of floor-to-ceiling windows. This helps blur the boundary between the inside and outside worlds. And there’s no need to worry about the old idea that large windows are expensive and cold. Construction technologies continue to advance, offering increasingly practical and energy-efficient glazing solutions.

Despite its relatively modest size, the project includes three spacious bedrooms, one of which is designed as a master bedroom with a full walk-in closet and private bathroom, a 31 m² living room, and a functional kitchen with a U-shaped work area and a pantry.

The second floor is dedicated to the living area with two open terraces and a very bright stairwell. In all our projects we try to provide natural lighting for staircases, but here we can say without false modesty that we outdid ourselves — the staircase turned out magnificent.

The living area of the house is 150.4 m², and the total area, including two terraces, a balcony, and a parking space, is 310.6 m².
