  • Structural system: load-bearing walls

  • Foundation: monolithic reinforced concrete slab or strip foundation

  • Exterior walls: 400 mm D400 aerated concrete blocks

  • Interior walls: 250 mm D400 aerated concrete blocks

  • Partitions: 150 mm D400 aerated concrete blocks

  • Roof: standing seam metal roof

  • Floor structure: monolithic reinforced concrete slab or “Marko” slab

  • Facade finish: plaster over 50 mm mineral wool insulation with wooden plank elements

  • Porch covering: larch decking

  • Electricity supply: from the external power grid

  • Cold water supply: from the external water system

  • Hot water supply: indirect heating boiler

  • Sewage: local treatment station

  • Heating: mains gas or electric convectors
